    It was the fourth time I brought my car in for the same issue. The service advisor and even the service manager were confrontational and dismissive of the issue. I finally was able to commence them of the problem and when I scheduled service they had the car for an entire day and never fix the problem. They kept the vehicle for an additional day and never solved the problem. On a previous visit there they damaged one of my new front wheels and declined responsibility when I pointed it out telling me that there is no place to damage the wheel at their facility even though the vehicle was Road tested they still declined responsibility. I took my vehicle back without having anything repaired and miss a days pay because of it.

    My 2017 Bolt is subject to its second recall. I tried to get an appointment to have the charging limit set back to 90%. I cannot charge at home (I live in a row house) and have to charge overnight in a garage. I was unable to make an appointment online, as your recall option would not work. I called multiple times and emailed and explained exactly what I needed and why it was urgent. I was told you were too busy. I was told my charging limit had already been set back o 90%. (True, but when the "fix" for the first recall was made by you, you put it back to 100% - I have charged the car several times and know this for a fact.) I was told there were three recalls - not true. I was told it was not possible to set it back to 90% - not true. Messages went unanswered. "CustomerService" was no help. I got an email on Tuesday saying not to worry that I myself had cancelled my Wednesday appointment. I called to say I had done no such thing and was told the service department would not reinstate my appointmentI although I could reschedule for September 21! I was then called by someone and told to bring in my car at 9:30 a.m., the time of my original appointment. On Wednesday, I got a call at about 7:30a.m. - my car was there. By then it needed a tire replaced, as I had busted one on Tuesday. I called the parts department on Tuesday and they ordered a tire for me for Wednesday. I understood that this meant things could take longe. Late in the afternoon on Wednesday I was told the new tire was on, but that they had not yet run the program to readjust the charging limit! By that time, it was close to your closing time. I offered to pay by credit card and asked if I could pick up the car after your closing time. I took the bus in the heavy rain and got home with my car at 8:00. Why I could not have had the reprogramming done earlier than 4 o'clock, so I could pick up the car in daylight is a mystery to me. I will never buy a car at Mirak again, nor will I have service done there. I was repeatedly given inaccurate and conflicting information is response to a simple request. People got surly. No one cared that I was at least as inconvenienced by the recall as you were - and that in my case I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHARGE OTHER THAN OVERNIGHT. I would think that that would qualify my requested repair as urgent.

    My experience with the dealership was fine. I had some issues with the sales representative that I worked with - * he was unable to answer basic questions (what is the difference between the Premium and LT models of the Bolt EUV) * he was texting during almost all of the test drive * he made (and confirmed) an appointment for Saturday morning to complete the transaction and then didn't show * multiple reminders and phone calls were needed to get the EVGo $500 credit and the Chevy points that come along with OnStar. The finance manager and the other sales reps at Mirak were very helpful and allowed us to complete the transaction
