    Everyone was professional and nice. Though, I feel that the team often dragged their heels a bit on replying to me since they didn't have good news, or any news at all. That isn't really their fault though. My car needed parts that had to be ordered directly from Chevy, and apparently, they did not communicate with Mirak. It's hard for Mirak to do their job well if the manufacturer isn't' helping them. I do appreciate that the Mirak team installed the parts as soon as possible once they arrived. I think though, that this led to some rushing. For example, some cleaning materials were left in my car. Also, my car was returned to me with a ~55% charge and I dropped it off with a ~70% charge. I get that my car was in the shop for over 2 months waiting for parts, and some of the decline is probably attributable to time, but it would have been a nice touch to top it off. More annoyingly, it was a bit disappointing that after a mile or so after driving my car out of the shop all 4 "low tire" pressure alarms triggered. I do own a pump, so it didn't cost me anything to fill it up, but my inflator is slow and auto-disconnects at 35 PSI, despite the Equinox EV needing 42 PSI. So, this ate up my time to fix and it’s not really fully addressed, and I had to do it in the cold. Again, I do appreciate Mirak’s efforts to get the car to me asap, especially on Christmas Eve, but after being without my car longer than I owned and operated it there were some things I was hoping for more in.
